PRODUCT FEATURES

26% potassium-carbon blend derived from potassium acetate

Carbon has been shown to enhance the availability and uptake of potassium to the plant

Has shown a 60% uptake in as little as 72 hours time

More commonly used potassium fertilizers are limited to a maximum uptake of 24% over an extended period of time

Higher uptake efficiency allows you to use fewer gallons per acre, reducing product and application costs

• Low salt index

• Better long-term solution for promoting healthy soils

• Potassium triggers several different functions in the plant notably enzyme activation, protein, carbohydrate, and starch synthesis, water uptake and more

Kiss your potassium uptake problems goodbye!

RECOMMENDED APPLICATION RATES AND METHODS

Recommended on all crops for healthier soils

Can be applied through water-run, drip, or overhead irrigation

May be mixed with most tank fertilizers prior to application

Apply 1 to 8 gallons per acre annually in combination with Carbon Penetrant + PNGreen

• Row Crops: 2 applications per season, 1 to 5 gallons depending on potassium needs in early and mid-summer

• Tree Crops: 2-3 applications per season with 2-3 gallons in early spring, mid-summer, and/or post-harvest

FULL SPECTRUM C+P
“We started using Carbon Penetrant three years ago when our orchard was 13 years old. At the time, California was in the third year of a very dry period of hydrology statewide and our irrigation district was extremely reliant on well water for the second year in a row. The water was adding to the overall salinity of the soil and the effects were more pronounced in our trees because of their age relative to other orchards in our area. Leaf tip burn, trees completely drying up and late season leaf defoliation were some of the negative effects. Our Monterey variety was so stressed from the salty well water that some actually went into a second bloom after harvest. For the first time since planting the trees in 2003, my dad and I began to discuss whether or not we will be able to get 20+ years of production from the trees or if we should begin preparing for removal and replant. As it turned out that wasn’t necessary. In the first year of applying FULL SPECTRUM C+P we noticed immediate improvement in water penetration that led to larger moisture zones. Areas that would have standing water for up to 4 days after irrigations suddenly were reduced to nothing more than wet soil after 24 hours.
